One of our core competencies is in the Overhaul and Repair of Major Rotating and Life Limited Rotating Components such as Low Pressure Turbine Shafts & High Pressure Turbine Shafts.

We can Overhaul and Repair Shafts up to 15 feet in length and up to 3,000 lbs in weight and have these capabilities for various engine programs like the JT9D, PW2000, PW4000 & V2500. We have OD grinding up to 40 inches in diameter and can ID grind down to 2.5 inches in diameter.

Typical types of repairs include Chrome plating or HVOF Plasma Repairs of bearing journals.
