Precision Components' manufacturing capabilities are significant as they are all about precision. Our machining capabilities include 4 & 5 axis CNC milling and drilling and CNC & conventional turning up to 60" diameter of very tight tolerance exotic alloys. We also have the resources available for precision piercing, grinding, honing, shot peening, EDM, welding, heat treatment, honeycomb brazing, plating, & coating.

Assembly is very important in providing full service to our customers and is an area where we have many years of experience. This includes riveting, flaring, & press fitting. We also have a unique finishing process known as Sutton barrel.
